Welcome to the Pine Ridge Website. We are a friendly, member-owned club in the heart of Horseshoe Valley, providing affordable alpine recreation in a fun and family-oriented environment.

The Oro-Medonte Chamber of Commerce presented Pine Ridge Ski Club with the Site Enhancement Award for 2006 at the Annual Business Achievement Awards Dinner held on April 2, 2007. The Awards Dinner was hosted at the Heights of Horseshoe Ski and Country Club.

Highlights include: *** More than $100,000 in chalet renovations *** Creation of a new Marketing Manager position *** Too many successful social events to enumerate *** Successes for all racing teams – special mention to K2 for an excellent season *** Huge changes to the Snow School – Adele and Jennie have taken things to a new level – thanks to all the kids and instructors for showing us some great boarding and skiing *** 15th year of hosting Track 3 *** Silent Auction raised almost double last year’s amount *** Pine Ridge has been nominated for an award from the Oro-Medonte Chamber of Commerce – stay tuned to see what happens.

To help commemorate the occasion, a 35% reduction in Contribution to Capital for alumni and members’ families has been announced. This represents a savings of $350 off the usual $1000 fee.
Submitted by sara on December 6, 2005 – 12:04am.Orillia — MPP Garfield Dunlop and Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) representative Doug Jagges announced two OTF grants totalling $248,000 to the Orillia Wind Ensemble and Pine Ridge Ski Club today. “I’m very pleased to celebrate this funding to both the arts and healthy recreation – two key components for any dynamic community,” said Dunlop, MPP for Simcoe-North. “These are two great investments and our entire community benefits from this vibrancy.”
